The successful candidate will possess great verbal and written communication skills and the positive attitude required to lead our sales promotions efforts including e-commerce platform, digital advertising, and social content.  This position will operate under the direction of our sales manager and will interact with our sales team on a daily basis.  The candidate should be able to excel with varying degrees of structure and demonstrate the ability to innovate.  Gunwerks is looking for someone who loves getting to know and understand customer needs and who can translate that data into a great user experience. Significant focus dedicated to lead generation, tracking, and ROI optimization through all channels.  The right candidate will be passionate about and have experience in, creating a comprehensive sales promotion/campaign strategy that will be instrumental in achieving our annual sales/revenue goals.  Must have experience leading e-commerce stores (both web and mobile apps) and have a track record of growth/conversions on those sites. You would be responsible for all electronic touchpoints between Gunwerks and our customers. 


Responsibilities

  • Oversee weekly/monthly promotions newsletter, social content, and digital campaign delivery.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, people, and leadership skills.

  • E-commerce catalog, promotion planning, CRM tools, customer funnels, communication tools (email, phone, crm, web).

  • Ensure brand/creative standards and campaigns are fully integrated and synced with other sales and marketing channels and departments.

  • Own and manage all aspects of e-commerce development including conception, development, testing, launch and post launch management.

  • Work closely and collaboratively with our sales and marketing departments with a focus on brand integrity, integrated consumer experience, and speed-to-market of initiatives.

  • Translate business requirements into product requirement documents.

  • Research, review, recommend and implement new technology solutions to optimize e-commerce front-end and back-end performance.

  • Measure, track and optimize "customer funnel" metrics.

  • Lead and run A/B (split testing) and usability test experiments.

        Experience

        3 years of sales promotion and e-commerce experience. 3+ years of project management experience for a consumer-facing e-commerce website with a proven track record of successfully launching new product features, SEO optimization, and analytic dashboard creation. 
        • Experience managing complex projects and meeting critical deadlines while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and partners.

        • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, using a variety of data and diving deep to uncover insights, trends, and analyze performance to make data-driven improvements.
