Gunwerks is a technology company masquerading as a firearms manufacturer.  Our drive to innovate keeps us in start up mode perpetually.  Change is the rule.  Our products, supply chain, technology and systems are very complex, but designed to scale.  

We are relentless. A new Director of Operations should be the same!  We require a highly talented person that is able to develop their own vision for our future and fight like hell to execute.  You will be responsible for all aspects of manufacturing.

Our current Director of Operations has been with us for 8 years.  She is an exceptional person.  You will have the benefit of working with her for a few months to gain a full understanding of the scale and scope of current and future operations.
