"One Gun Battery" for African Dream Hunt During my recent safari to South Africa I took my LR1000 in 7MM Remington Magnum for a plains game hunt. The scope was perfect for all shots and ranges encountered. I took shots as close as 60 yards and as far out as over 300 yards. Using Berger 168 VLD bullets all the animals were taken with one shot. This bullet performed on all species no matter the distance or density of the animal. Species taken included warthog, nyala, gemsbuck, bushbuck, impala, kudu, and zebra. I would recommend this system to anyone who needs a one gun battery for their dream hunt plains game safari. Gerald Proctor

500 Yard Hide and Seek Aaron I would like to thank you for the great system the G7BR2 range finder worked well it and your suggested powder choices for the 7MM / Berger 168VLD’s. After a 4 hr game of hide and seek with this Nevada speed goat 500 yds shoot to and results are in the picture. Many thanks again for the assistance and great product. Another interesting note is that the same combo took another speed goat @ 550 yds the day before for one of our friends. I know that these ranges are no where near what you folks do, but damn sure impressive to the folks we were with.

Confidence Gained With Each Trigger Squeeze Aaron, here is a picture of my 800 yard Target shot with my LR 1000 in 7mm LRM this morning. The 3 shot group measured 2.75 inches across by 3.25 inches tall. Man am I gaining confidence each time I squeeze the trigger on this gun. The critters in Newfoundland better look out because I'm ready. Oh yea and the BR2 rangefinder is the greatest thing since sliced bread. Man do you guys have this system down. Thanks again. Thanks For the Best Rifle Package After taking your shooting school back in Calgary in April, and picking up one of you Back in Black packages this was the first real test of my new rifle. I built a 1000 yard range right at my house after the shooting school and have been shooting the gun weekly. With the Wind meter/G7 range finder/rifle, that package is incredible. Guys can’t believe watching picking off targets at 700/800 yards in the wind every shot, since this spring I have had about six buddies watching for your next shooting school next year around Calgary if you decide to have one. The second day of the hunt we caught up with this Barren Ground Caribou and after a two hour stalk we got with-in 363 yards of the bedded bulls, the guide wanted to get closer but after the wind changed and the bulls began to smell us he asked if I could make that shot. One click with the G7 and dialed the scope, dropped him on the spot. (Would have been guessing on my old rifle). We spent seven days looking for the grizzly bear, on the seventh day we woke up to three inches of fresh snow, we spotted this bear first thing in the morning about four miles from camp. After trying to catch up to him all day, finally we closed the distance and got in front of him. He was 436 yards and one of the guides reminded me that we couldn’t take the shot past 200 yards on a bear. Just then the wind changed and started heading straight for the bear, the guide that was with me on the caribou asked if I felt confident on the shot at that distance, one click with the G7 read 436 yards/shoot to 429 yards, I replied I had made it many times at my range and felt super confident. One shot and the bear-he spun and ran into the bush, the guides explained the hit looked good and after an hour we found him ten yards from where he was standing. He ended up being 8.5’ squared (the largest Arctic Grizzly the outfitter has ever taken out of his area) his skull measures 23-1/4” which will make Boone and Crocket as even a Grizzly bear in Alaska (as these are smaller arctic grizzlies where we hunted) They want me to get him scored for SCI as soon as possible. I just want to thank you guys for the great course and the fabulous rifle and products you guys sell. This animal says it all and am looking forward to my Bighorn and Mountain goat hunts coming up this year. Thanks again for the best rifle package I have ever had the chance to shoot.

Happy With Quality of LR-1000 Aaron, Mike, Tyler and staff, I must say thanks for everything. The LR-1000 shooting system chambered in the 6.5 x 284 is simply amazing. Everything from the rifle and scope to the rangefinder, right down to your customer service was ten times better than expected. I still cannot believe how accurate this rifle is. 3 Shots at 200 yards Aaron & Mike , Just wanted to share this with you 3 shots 200 yards 1/4 moa , I shot a little at 100 yards before this today but this was my first 3 at 200 hundred . Weight sorted brass, once fired then Redding bushing sized and loaded to your spec. I can't tell you how happy I am thank you guys for everything !

First Two Shots with Muzzleloader Mike- these are the first two shots taken at 200 yards with the Muzzleloader....shooting off of my ATV! It is a sweet gun, and I am ecstatic to begin to step it off with increasing yardage. Thanks again for the left handed stock configuration and Nightforce BDC tailored to the specific ballistics of the 327 grain Parker bullet. This is a real shooter!
