SATISFACTION GUARANTEE AND WARRANTY
Our promise is simple. You’ve invested in your Gunwerks rifle system and we aim to make that return on investment many times over with success and satisfaction in your long range pursuits. If you are not delighted in every way with your Gunwerks Rifle System, we want to hear about it. We are your companion for life in the Pursuit of Long Range Excellence.
Your NEXUS Rifle is warranted to be free of manufacturer’s of defects in materials and workmanship for the period of 10 years from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, Gunwerks will, at its sole discretion, correct any manufacturer’s defect in the firearm through repair or replacement with the same or comparable part or model. Ordinary wear and tear, damage from excessive or unintended use, or issues due to neglect, are not considered a defect and are not covered under warranty. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY (NON-RIFLE ITEMS)
We accept returns on unused, unaltered products in original packaging with all accompanying manuals, instructions and accessories. If a product is defective, we will accept it with an explanation of the defect, subject to verification upon receipt. Due to safety considerations and legal/regulatory reasons, Ammunition may not be returned.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Submit an RMA request here
- Once you've received your RMA, remove all accessories from your case: (Slings, sun shades, ammunition, etc)
- Ensure your hard case is properly secured for shipping
- DO NOT send ammunition in the same case as your rifle
- Return using the instructions indicated in your RMA
