Not everyone is in the market for a new custom rifle. Using your rifle, we offer the same long range setup that we feature on our LR series rifles.

This is how it works. You send us your accurate rifle and two boxes of ammunition. We supply the scope and scope rings. Using our long range shooting facility, we will develop the ballistic profile of your rifle and ammo and calibrate a custom matched Ballistic Turret configured to your hunting environmental conditions. We send the LR shooting system back to you and you start ringing steel out to 1000 yards. Its pretty simple.

Here’s the catch. Accurate implies two things. One, the rifle has been shot and broke in. Two, the rifle shoots at least MOA (1” at 100 yards). Please fill out the form and shoot us a test target. We will use it to compare performance when we shoot your gun.

We can calibrate the turret to match any caliber or firearm. We also recommend using Bergers VLD hunting bullet to maximize your downrange performance. Gunwerks also offers a line of ammunition that utilizes the VLD and is available off the shelf. We can test your rifle with our ammo, its called accuracy validation. If satisfactory, you will still need to supply (purchase) two boxes of ammo to develop your ballistic profile.

The G7 5.5-22X50 is made by Nightforce Optics, and is configured from the NXS platform. This is the reference standard long range scope. It has 20 MOA per turn and ¼ MOA click adjustments. For more info visit www.gseven.com. For many the new Vortex HS Long Range Hunting scope fits the bill and is easy on the wallet. The 4-16X50 configuration is perfect for most hunting situations, and the 24 MOA per turn turret will calibrate well beyond 1000 yards for most cartridges.
