Huskemaw 5-20LR, Installation, and Calibration

Already have a great shooting firearm? Gunwerks will provide new 30mm rings and a 5-20 LR Huskemaw Rifle Scope. You provide your firearm and 40 rounds of your factory ammunition, Gunwerks will calibrate a custom drop turret that matches your exact ballistic profile. You will be able to range and dial just like the Gunwerks LR-1000 and LR-800 models. To increase your terminal performance, try ammo loaded with the Berger VLD Bullet.  We recommend a rifle and ammunition combination that shoots at least 1-1/2", 5-shot groups.  The Gunwerks handloaded ammunition has consistently shot sub MOA groups in factory rifles.

• Clean firearm that has been properly broken in.  A new gun will be charged a break in fee and an accuracy validation.
• Accuracy test target and agreement forms must be completed and sent in the box with your rifle.  If there is no test target, we will have to perform an accuracy validation for $150.

• 40 rounds factory loaded ammunition must also be sent in a separate box-- if you have a favorite custom load, have Superior Ammunition (866 67 SUPER) load it and send it to us.
• Shipped to us in a hard case in a cardboard box with the scope mount agreement form and test target to:

• Talley AL one piece scope rings and bases
• A lapped and leveled scope installation
• Measured and verified Ballistic Profile
• Two Custom Bullet Drop Turrets with exclusive Huskemaw Wind Compensation calibrated to match your rifle at 2000 feet elevation and 7000 feet elevation
