Rusty Hall Mountain Goat

Hello everyone,

I got back from BC the end of September and started guiding hunters. I just finished and I am back in the office for a few weeks - thought you guys might want to see some photos.

I killed a Mountain Goat with Kawdy Outfitters (Stan Lancaster). I was unsuccessful on caribou and moose. We had lots of bad weather.

I made a 620 yard shot on the goat with the Gunwerks 7mm. What a rifle! I hadn't even shot it until I reached Watson Lake in the Yukon. I got there a day early and went to the rifle range. There was a small propane bottle there and I placed it at the end of the range for practice (600 yards). The first two shots center-punched the bottle so I knew it was on.  On the 8th day of the hunt, we crawled into a large rocky basin and one shot later it was all over.  Logan Peasley was my guide.

On another note, we have been harvesting some monster bucks this year on our leases. We have taken 6 over 200 inches so far.
